If you choose to cancel the order before finalizing the design, a Rs. 30 charge for designing services will apply. This step is crucial as it ensures a smooth transition into our production process, guaranteeing timely delivery. To accommodate potential changes, we accept cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Beyond this timeframe, your order may have entered processing, making cancellations challenging due to our commitment to swift order fulfilment.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the specified time frame.

3. Cancellation Fees

Orders cancelled within the stipulated time Design Charge Rs. 30 incur for cancellation fees. However, orders cancelled after the allowed period may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing and production costs.

Refund Policy
